We believe that counselling is more of making you independent rather than dependent. We challenge the conventional counselling approach and see counselling or guidance as a one to one and subjective discussion excercise which only facilitates the individual in gaining the clarity. We believe Individual only has the right to decide about the career or course of action to be opted for and once the individual has the much needed clarity the chances of making an informed decision increases many fold.
